Birth Consulting

Not sure you need a doula physically present at your birth, but still want guidance and support as you prepare? That makes total sense.

Birth preparation matters so much, and you deserve to feel informed, confident, and excited about your experience. I’d love to help you explore your options, clarify your preferences, and create a birth plan that truly reflects what you want.

You don’t have to do this alone—support can look different for everyone. Birth planning and consulting appointments can be done in person in the North Idaho or Spokane area, or virtual from the comfort of your own home.

If one of the options below are not a good fit for you, please reach out and we will create just the right service package for you!

  • Two one hour sessions to unpack your hopes for your birth and begin to formulate your birth plan. This is also an opportunity to debrief any previous birth experiences.

  • Two, two hour sessions that includes the basic service package, along with helping you prepare your birth plan, work on advocacy skills, prepare your birth support person and ask any questions

  • Inviting Jennifer to be part of our journey into parenthood and (first) birth experience was the single best decision we made. When all our preparation still didn't feel like enough, I was able to fully trust her knowledge of and experience with birth.
