Not sure you need a doula physically present at your birth, but still want guidance and support as you prepare? That makes total sense.

Birth preparation matters so much, and you deserve to feel informed, confident, and excited about your experience. I’d love to help you explore your options, clarify your preferences, and create a birth plan that truly reflects what you want.

You don’t have to do this alone—support can look different for everyone.

  • Two one hour sessions to unpack your hopes for your birth and begin to formulate your birth plan. This is also an opportunity to debrief any previous birth experiences.

  • Two, two hour sessions to prepare your birth plan, work on advocacy skills, prepare your birth support person and ask any questions
